  • Usage data: daily check-ins, routine tracking, and plan progress

  • To provide personalized skincare recommendations
  • To track your skin progress over time
  • To generate AI-powered skin analysis
  • To improve and develop the Service

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information. Skin photos are processed for analysis and stored securely.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Clerk: authentication and account management
  • OpenAI: AI-powered skin analysis and recommendations
  • Supabase: data storage
  • Lemon Squeezy: payment processing and subscription management (Merchant of Record)
  • Google Analytics: anonymous usage analytics

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

5. Payment Information

When you subscribe to premium features, payment information (such as credit card details and billing address) is collected and processed directly by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. Lemon Squeezy may share transaction-related information (such as subscription status and billing history) with us to manage your account.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential cookies: required for authentication and core functionality
  • Analytics cookies: used by Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the Service

You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the third-party services listed above, solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not share your skin photos or personal data with other users.

  • Delete your account and all associated data at any time via the app settings
  • Correct inaccurate information in your profile
  • Opt out of analytics tracking by disabling cookies in your browser settings
  • Data portability: request a copy of your data by contacting us

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers and third-party services are located. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data — including skin scans, routines, check-ins, and chat history — is permanently deleted within 30 days.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
